- Project purpose:
- Increase income of farmers by sustainable cultivation
- Improve cultivation environment for agricultural cooperatives and small farmers
- Suggest cultivating vegetables to farmes who previously cultivated rice (2-3 crops), for at least 1 crop or more, thereby increase farmers’ income(In general, the purchasing price of sweet potatoes is about 30% higher than the price of rice)
- Continuous training in cultivation techniques, thereby improve productivity per cultivated area and transferring skills to grow other high-income crops, create more opportunities for small farmers through cooperatives.
- Maintain stable income of household farmers by ensuring consistency in the quantity and value of crop purchases, regardless of the flexible purchasing conditions in the market.
- – Seedlings are suggested to use in every crop, in order to efficiently prevent seed germination and plant growth reduction due to direct sowing (direct seeding), meaning the capacity of techniques is improved as well as overall income of farmers.
- – Create a professional farming infrastructure by supporting seedlings, tools (agricultural machinery) that would be used to harvest and move crops for free.
- The spirit of cooperation and close affection among the household farmers currently lacking in Vietnam would be enhanced by the capacity of cooperatives. Thereby promoting the efficiency of agriculture.
- Find overseas frozen fruit and vegetable importer (Global Frozen Company)
- A subsidiary of Global Frozen Co., Ltd (CEO Dongil) creates business infrastructure for win-win cooperation with small farmers in Vietnam to ensure the future supply chain of high-quality vegetables, as well as exporting frozen vegetables to foreign countries by using frozen facilities in Vietnam that have been prepared with the huge capital investment (more than 10 billion KRW) from the financial source of the company.
- The supply of frozen agricultural products currently completely dependent on China will be replaced by the supply of Vietnam, reaching about 30% within the next 5 years, from which vegetables and fruits are always supplied to Korea in a stable way.

- Direct beneficiaries: 750 households (Each household farmer is a member of Agricultural Cooperative, total 750 households)
