- Develop on agriculture cooperatives
- Rent warehouse for harvesting and processing – 10,000 m2
- Support labor costs for processing agricultural products. About 600 people/year
- Apply smart farm into growing special crops
- Support to build Greenhouse (growing melons) – 6,000 – 6,000 m2
- Improve vegetable cultivation technology of small farmers
- Train on common crops and special crops 2 to 10 times per year
- Invite experts to train based on each type of crop:
- Common crops: Potatoes, chilli
- Special crops: melon
- Indirect project activities: Project site management, Staff management, Promotion, performance management
- Operating office: Seoul (1 place), Hanoi (1 place), Local office in Dong Trieu Town (1 place)
- Harvest warehouse management: Dong Trieu
- Greenhouse management: Dong Trieu
- Staff management: Seoul Office (1 person), Hanoi (2 people), Dong Trieu (3 people)
